Yh bro its an enjoyable show but the characters do not develop as much as they should to be where they are. The side characters are for more interesting

I think it's cuz it didnt really make a difference. If it ruined the character then sure, but it didnt really make a difference.

I don't think she was well written, but I think the chapters where she fought Shigaraki were AMAZING.

I'm not English nor American so I can make a lot of graphical mistakes. I usually speak English on a vocal basis so mistake like this can happen. I really write English like what we French say an illétré

If you're looking for a series that really delves into the commentary like 86 tries to do, then I would recommend something like Revolutionary Girl Utena. Utena, as you said, has those "deep" themes. If you're looking for something on the level of war and politics, I would say go for Legend of the Galactic Heroes. The real downside to these two is probably the animation and in the special case of Utena, it's probably going to be all the visual symbolism and meanings you've to get through. But if you ever do, Utena it's an incredibly rewarding experience.
