Seiyuu Ayami Yoshii Announces Retirement

Seiyuu Ayami Yoshii has announced via her blog on Thursday that she will be retiring at the end of this month. The reason for that is her health condition has gotten worse since last year, which she went back and forth to the hospital. It is difficult for her to continue working.

Yoshii has voiced Mika Tsuwabuki and Rie Nakamura from Binbougami ga! and several minor characters in anime. She voiced Seira Yuusaka from Idolrhythm cellphone game that ended service in March 2015. She currently voiced Kyouko Weavers Uesugi from Tokyo 7th Sisters cellphone game and Suzune Minase from 8 beat Story♪ cellphone game. Both games have been announced via their Twitter accounts that they will find new cast members to replace Yoshii.
