Movie Project of Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch Announced

According to Mainichi, Sunrise has announced an anime movie project of Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch, aside from Code Geass Gaiden: Boukoku no Akito. Although Kawaguchi Yoshitaka, the producer of Sunrise, called it a dream, the announcement displayed on the screen of the press conference read "Project has been launched". Sunrise has already asked Taniguchi Goro and Ohkochi Ichiro to participate in the project.

The ending of r2 does allow for a continuation,

Yes! Like someone said, I hope they tell the story of what happened between r1 and r2...since the rebellion had to go underground during that time, it could make for an interesting dynamic.
