Clannad and all this Key stuff was way too overdramatic and full of meh writing (Well, it's Key.I don't expect quality), their moe stuff is hit or miss but Free actually delivered exactly on what it wanted to be. I am glad KyoAni is giving this another season. Better a decent show like this than crap like Kyoukai no Kanata, Hyouka or Tamako Market. |

| I now feel obligated to watch the upcoming second season despite not really liking the first season. However a small part of me is excited. While I didn't really like it overall it was a nice anime that I looked forward to every week. |

| I can't blame them for focusing on sequels for now after Kyoukai no Kanata, but still I would prefer something new. Though I guess I'll enjoy the second season of Free! more than the current one of Chuunibyou. |
