| Solid great dub, I'll watch it on dub. They make a great job voicing the characters, though pretty funny the way they say it. Well that ending though, he haven't plan it out yet XD, wonder what happens next episode. I'll see what the sub will look like. |

| Respect the ass! Finally an anime that gives love to the booty. The dub is great, but that's expected of Funimation. This had some real trippy art. It looked great and then it looked like something you see if you were high. Not to much of a story but it's funny. Can't wait to see more. |

| I'm watching this dub from now on, that was an impressive dub, Ian Sinclair really fits the role of Dandy. And that was a fun episode, although Dandy is a bit obsessed with boobs, he's a pretty awesome dude, and I'm curious on how they survived that explosion at the end. Anyway, this was a pretty solid first episode, it was funny, the animation was superb, soundtrack was awesome, and Dandy was Dandy! 5/5, I will continue with this show. |

| Definetly on the train for this anime, it didn't disappoint. The animation was gorgeous all around, as was the sound. The characters I can definetly see getting attached to, the dub is voiced phenomenally, perfect voice for dandy. Some hints of a deeper story beneath all the crazy fun. |

| I think I hyped up this series way too much. I knew it was going to be on the funnier side, but I didn't think that was going to be it's main selling point. Was pretty disappointed by this episode, but that's because I had such high hopes. I'll probably like the 2nd episode more since I won't take it so seriously. |

| The dub pretty good in my opinion, but I didn't like how they changed Honey's guess from "an ass" to "an asteroid belt", it turned something really funny to not so much >.> The 2nd half was strange and all the crazyness felt kind of pushed :/ Also why the heck is the guy chasing Dandy have a space ship that looks like Lady Liberty... A meh start, I'll definitely watched it subbed once the full version is released though. |

| IT WAS AWESOME Seriously though, I loved it. The artwork and music are just so pleasing to look at and listen to. The animation is superb and stuff is constantly happening. This show is FAR from boring. As for the comedy, not the best. Didn't laugh but it still wasn't bad and I thought it was a humorous show. The action is fun to watch. As for the story, I dunno yet. Not much there but it seems interesting enough. Show is entertaining at least. |

| This was basically Lupin x Cowboy Bebop x something else I can't pinpoint, and I absolutely love it. Honestly I'd even go so far to say this is one of the best first episodes I've seen in a while, especially with that ending lmao The fanservice didn't bother me at all, but that may be the Lupin factor I'm feelin |

| One thought that popped into my head during the episode; it would be hilarious, and actually fitting, if Dandy is fighting or always running away from the flame head guy the entire series and has no idea. Priceless. It's hard to tell what this series will do at this point though |

| Well it wasn't that good as expected. When the boobies came up my mom came in and started watching it. Thanks for making it awkward for me Toonami... Well I really have no reason watching Toonami now since I've seen everything else but I might stay for Naruto Shippuden. Even though I have it on DVD. |
| Unless you have one of those cable boxes that shows what you're watching your view really doesn't count. I'll be watching this in English since I like the voice actors. I usually watch subbed shows, but when it's something that really benefits from understanding different accents I prefer the dub (black lagoon, cowboy bebop). This is going to be a great show with a blend of comedy and seriousness. Let's not forget how funny yet serious/badass Samurai Champloo was and that's from the same creator |

Opako said: First half of the episode was pretty bland. It did get pretty interesting half-way through. The random info dumps by the presumed 'bad-guys' were off-kilter though. Something about an element and then the Dandy crew is ripping a whole in the fabric of time. What's more the ending to the first episode was on par with Fooly Cooly levels of wackiness; not that that's a bad thing. So I'm left here wondering if the second episode starts with a 'universe re-start' button or if we're meant to just shrug and go on. The thing this show does have going for it - I will say, the cleverly folded in pop culture references & the blatant ones ~infinity & beyond ~ really, ... I bet you've already gotten that phone call from Disney. Either way, I'm willing to give this anime five episodes to either ratchet up the zaniness and embrace being wacky or start down the path to having a plot. Either way, it needs to make up it's mind right quick. Why are you taking it so fkn seriously???? Its a fkn comedy anime chill your tits and enjoy it. |
