Hello Opako here but you can call me Opa or Rachel; seeing as that's my real name. So, I guess you want to know a bit about me huh? Well here goes.

I'm 23 years old; I'll be 24 on June 3rd, 2013.
I'm Caucasian.

I stand 5'5" and I weigh a healthy weight in relation to my height.
I have blue eyes and at the moment brown-red hair with harsher blonde chunky highlights layered throughout my hair which reaches about mid-back in length.

I graduated from FHS ( my high school) on May 22nd, 2008.
I am attending NWACC ( Northwest Arkansas Community College ) & am about to finish & receive my degree in the Fall of 2013.
I am majoring in Business & minoring in English Literature.
I hope to one day open my own publishing house or at least that's what I'm shooting for.

I love traveling but I get horrible jet lag.
My favorite state is Hawaii with Florida being a close second, Alabama rounds out the top 3 because Gulf Shores is amazing!

I've been told I'm a very cynical person. I don't doubt it. I can be very shy around people I don't know but I tend to open up around people I know well. I've never had a serious boyfriend and I don't feel I need one to validate my life, I'm single and happy. My sexual preferences would probably be labeled as Bisexual. I lean more towards men. But I'm attracted to women too; ex : Lady Gaga, Katy Perry , & Ellen Page. I've had certain 'dreams' about both sexes. As of late though, I've considered labeling myself as pansexual because of my openness to all sexualities and my growing and endearing love of trans- individuals.

My political views are none of your concern. I don't vote party lines & I'm registered as an independent. I research the issues & vote on an informed basis, as you all should.

I am not a nature nut but I do believe in Climate Change and I think we should have sanctions to make sure we don't destroy our planet.

As far as religious views go - I believe that 'God' is the same for all religions, only with slight altercation which lead us to the right path. I'd also like to believe there is an afterlife but that's only because the idea of eternity scares me. I'm not a good 'Christian' though because I don't attend church or pray; often. I'm against organized religion. So I'm probably going to Hell, ...if it exists. What's more - - if those beliefs don't damn me the fact that I believe in gay/transgender rights will probably get me cast into the lake of fire but I don't back down from things I believe in.

-- Things I'm Afraid of ...
1. Eternity - I guess death goes along with that though the idea of dying doesn't scare me as much as the notion of unending time does.
2. Snakes
3. Lightning and Thunder.

I'm not really afraid of that many thing. But the things I'm afraid of are quite silly.


Let's see more about me.
I have one brother who is twenty-one months younger than me.
I recently lost my great-grandma, great-grandfather, great-uncle & grandfather, and both my dogs in the last 3 years ( 07,08,09 ). I loved them all & miss them but I miss my grandfather the most.
I don't believe in sex before marriage.
I am a light weight when it comes to alcohol and I'm not really a fan of alcoholic beverages. All I can really stomach are coolers & vodka.
I have never smoked and have never done drugs because I just don't want to, simple as that. But I don't judge people who use drugs, or I try not to. I'm all for living your own life, if that's what you do to unwind that's fine with me. I try my best not to judge.

I'm a fan of all things Broadway/Musical.
I am a good singer ( or I'd like to think I am. )
I love different cultures and I love love love, chocolate. <3
Also like everyone else on this site - Yes I do like Anime and Manga.
My fav. genres are yaoi/BL & shoujo.
