 Hello and welcome to the Anime & Manga Marathon! Where you can give recommendations for Anime and Manga and vice versa! Credits to the AAFCG for making that concept. And since this is an active club, we should make this work too! So how does this all work? Click on 'Introduction' to let me induct you to the game If there are any further questions you can easily contact me :) If everything is clear then let's start! Enlist yourselves and take part, invite your friends! And most importantly have fun, guys :) Format: Anime Maximum Episodes: (from - to -, or open) Type: (Movie, OVA, ONA,TV) Genres: (Likes), (Dislikes) Extras: Subs, Dub (yes/no), licensed (yes/no), completed/airing or other Format: Manga Maximum Volumes/Chapters: (from - to -, or open) Type: (Manga, Manwha, One-Shot) Genres: (Likes), (Dislikes) Extras: licensed (yes/no), Scans (w/e), completed/publishing or other This is just an example on how you could write it, you can of course add anything else if you want to. Participants: I'd like to point something out, that anyone who fails to give us their rec before the end of the deadline will be removed from the game and will not receive recs, sorry :/ But hey that doesn't mean you cant join the next Animangathon, just be careful and if you fear you wont make it to the deadline try giving us your rec asap ^^  |

When it comes to manga you can just give me anything and I'll probably read it, so it doesn't have to follow the likes I've mentioned here. |

All those similar to that. Extras: Can be Dub or Sub, licensed or not, etc. If possible, year of release must be 2000+, but I can live with less if you think it's really worth it. Lastly, you can chose an anime from my PTW, but I'd prefer not so I can discover, hopefully, an anime I've never heard of. |

Too often I've seen great work that never went anywhere because the comedy ruined the serious aspect of the work. Especially, if it were to relate to my likes ie. psychological horror, comedy would be out of place. |

Now here's my little reminder. Reminder: I have seen that some people that picked Manga have only read a few Manga themselves, remember that you yourself have to recommend one too, so unless you dont have an ace up your sleeves keep that in mind ;) |

I don't actually have a lot of anime though, I mean I know the popular ones which most people have watched but my list consists mainly of manga. I just don't think it would be fair or kind for me to receive a great recommendation from someone and not be able reciprocate. As my anime knowledge is quite limited. Especially as far as specifications though which would make it potentially more difficult to find a great watch for someone else. :c I didn't say anything earlier because I was afraid of derailing the topic, but I did give this a lot of thought. |

Indeed, you're giving this too much of a thought ;D We won't leave anybody out, there will be an option where someone can recommend for 2 people (I'm pretty sure some dont mind and would like to share more of their favourites) hence if your anime list is not that big you could on the other hand help out in the manga section by giving out two recommendations for two different people who have read less. Like I said it's optional and nothing is gonna get derailed by not chosing so. So dont worry.^^ |
