If you want to take a look at which anime series I've watched and find one you haven't watched yet that looks decent, I suggest you read some of the spoiler tags that are following this paragraph. But, as a general guideline, I recommend about every anime series which I gave a score of 7 or higher. Lastly, everyone has their own opinions, so feel free to agree/disagree with mines.
What do the numbers mean? (my scoring system)
10-Masterpiece. Haven't found any anime series deserving this title as of right now.
9-Great. Best ones I've watched, they were greatly enjoyable.
8-Very Good. Truly nice anime series; I really liked them.
7-Good. They were pleasant to watch; the good parts did clearly outweigh the bad ones.
6-Fine. They're somewhat good, nothing more, nothing less.
5-Average. They're watchable and that's about it; nothing special or interesting about them. Thus, I don't recommend them except if their tags are your favorites.
4-Bad. I didn't like these; I had to force myself to finish them.
3-Very bad. I hated these; I had to really force myself to finish them.
2-Horrible. Worst ones I've ever watched; completing them was physically painful.
1-Atrocious. None; I dropped these really early and I find it unfair to rate an anime series without having completed it before doing so. Also, I like to finish what I started, so an anime must really be goddamn awful for me to abandon it.
What's important in an anime? (what I base my ratings on)
-Overall enjoyment of the anime as a whole (the most important one, after all I'm watching anime as a leisure).
-Story: Really important; I don't think I need to explain why.
-Characters: Too many clichés, dumb/weak characters, women portrayed as useless princesses that need to be saved by the MC 24/7, etc.
-Pacing: Slow as fuck and rushed as hell; both are shit.
-Constancy: Major plot holes, 360 turnarounds of characters behaviors for no reason, Deus Ex Machina, etc. Annoying stuff.
-Tags: Mystery tag, but no mystery at all? Action anime, but feels like a slice of life? Many genres included, but none of them are done right?

HAHA so many girls I know say that to guys that they like. I suppose from my perspective, girls mean that there's something unique or special about a guy like the way a certain guy will treat you or laugh with you. And that makes a guy different from the rest.

Okay so, during my summer vacation, my cousin said that in the night, she would hear loud bangs or knocks. And one night, I was sleeping, I wouldn't stop staring in front of me, and her ipad went off. Here's the thing though, the ipad went on and off like it was turned on and then off. When I turned on the lights, it stopped and there were only three notifications. But, it went on and off over three times! When I came home from vacation, during the night, I would always feel like a presence was near me and I felt unsettled. I would still look around me, almost as if I felt something was thee. It happened for a week or more. So my friend told me to try to acknowledge the ghost. I decided to 'talk' to the ghost and I firmly said to show a sign, they may show me their story in a non harmful way, and to not hang around for too long. I got nothing from it, but the presence was gone and the morning after, this card in my display was on the ground. There was no wind and it rarely falls off. I think that was a sign.
Nothing terrible happened but that summer did give me a memory! I sometimes think that me talking was just a placebo to ease my mind! However, I think not most of the time. Because I have this thing where I can sense people's auras, sometimes. Yeah, weird....
Nah, and I'm glad that nothing else has happened to me. ε-(´・｀) ﾌ I think I told you about the one time during the summer a ghost was haunting my house, right?
Thanks for the advice~ As I've said this is circumstantial and implications, as much as he's really creepy, he hasn't done anything that solidly makes him a criminal. But if worst comes to worst and there's clear evidence, I'll be sure to report him, I promise you!
The comedy of it doesn't exactly work like you said. It is a more serious series, after all the creator of Hellsing created Drifters. They should stay away from that!

I also saw him looking down my shirt once, and he takes photos of all of us when we're working. He doesn't even ask! He pays most of his attention to the girls and while all the other teachers gave a boy and a girl an award, he only gave awards to the girls. I also have this guy friend who told me that a friend of his was told to go to the teacher's back room and he took creepy photos of her! Of course this is all circumstantial, but the majority of the girls and guys think he's a disgusting pervert.
I've started watching Drifters, I really like it. The art style is unique and the story is interesting. School is going well, in health ed, we're talking about depression and suicide... My class has a creepy science teacher, also!
