From what info we have now, I have nothing to be excited about.

But I'll keep an eye on this. I hope there'll be romance.

If it's as good as NagiAsu, count me in. It looks beautiful. Please have romance like NagiAsu. No need for a love polygon though. xD

The art on the website is amazing! The setting sounds very nice too, and since PA Works is working on it, I'll be watching it!

Sounds great. Hopefully it leaves out the supernatural-y fantasy-ish stuff in Nagi no Asukara and is more realistic like Hanasaku Iroha.
Really looking forward to it either way.

Anyways, the premise is unique, let's see how P.A. Works rolls with it. I could always need a Slice of Life before finals.

I need more information on this, I probably won't take it if there's romance since I've dropped those adaptations from this studio before.

Every P.A Works shows I've ever tried has struck me as either immensely boring, easily sidetracked from the reason I was even remotely interested in the first place or both yet I can't deny that they are up there in terms of the shininess of their shows even if they remind me a little too much of Kyoani in that they've perfected the art of doing one very particular visual style very well.

What I mean by that is they kind of seem to do one thing with their storytelling (slow as molasses plotting, uneven character development for the main cast, romantic melodrama, cryptic foreshadowing that never really amounts to much, portrayal of female characters as a sort of feminine and moral ideal and men as slovenly assholes that need to be taught a thing or two as time goes on) and have one look (idealistic sea side setting with lots of shiny pristine clean looking backgrounds, rainbow bubble looking things and shiny clear bright skies at all times) and and do it respectably well I guess for the audience that is into that sort of thing already, but I can't help but shake the feeling that they have a tendency to bait and switch more interesting sounding plot lines for duller more basic and overly melodramatic pseudo-romantic ones and that everything always ends up being too idealized, uneven and overwrought in terms of pacing and the level of intrigue their shows are able to keep up over even one cour to make me feel like coming back each week is worth it.

I have a feeling this won't end up being my cup of tea even as always seems to be the case with P.A Works there's nothing immediately recognizable as off-putting or "wrong" about it at first tease.

Not that I've watched many of PA Works' stuff but I think a part of that might be because of Okada Mari, at least in terms of romantic melodrama :/ that's one part that I agree with you though.

Anyways, looking forward to this, because as with most people said, the scenery PA Works creates is amazing, and I love their SoL works. Glass artisan is also new, reminds me of Kotonoha no Niwa with shoe making (though that wasn't too much of the focus). I like it when stories takes something that normal people don't care about/think of and use it. Looking forward to this in the summer!

P.A Works tends to do a bad job with originals, it's a pattern. Not too excited currently, but we don't have a lot of info to go on.

I tend to disagree. They're one of the few studios that focus more on originals and the originals of theirs that I've watched (True Tears, Angel Beats, Canaan, Hanasaku Iroha, Tari Tari, and Nagi-Asu) have all been pretty good with some outstanding among them.

(Both True tears and Canaan can be called originals as True Tears bears no resemblance to the VN apart from the name and Canaan is a side story / sequel to 428)
