| This time, I'm trying to find two animes. The first one I KNOW is a gundam anime. It's different from the others though in that the MAIN part of the story, is a rather charming romance. There are also only really two main characters. From the animation style, I believe it was late eighties-early nineties. The other anime I am looking for the name of is a different kind of survival game. A young serious fighter type is accused of a crime and it all looks over for him until a woman comes to him and says she will save him if he plays in a survival game. He agrees and is taken to a "specaial district" that is pretty much a war zone. The area outside the zone is guarded and he is not allowed to leave. His goal is to collect a full set of the charms on the necklaces all players have to wear visibly. He is joined soon by the obligatory best friend. This anime is dark, and rather depressing... but I liked it! This anime is relatively modern. |

Every single Gundam anime has romance, but I guess you only have four options here: 08th MS team, 0080: War in the Pocket, 0083: Stadust Memory or F91. I believe you might be talking about War in the Pocket myself, but it could be any really. |
