Usagi Drop sound a little like Aishiteruze Baby, with the abandoend child and all.
I´ve already heard about Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai, but I really dind´t think it worth, but since you say so I´ll give it a try ;D They are both on my PTW list.
LoveCom is one os the best, I trully enjoy the anime, is cute and made think about how the society teach us to have prejudice, like thinking that a pretty couple has a tall boy and a small and inocent girl.
If you don´t like sci fiction don´t try Stein; Gate, I doubt you´ll like it.
Let me see... Aishitruze baby is very touching and cute, Lovely Complex is funny and similar to Toradora!, So I´d also recomend those (:

You already watched the ones I know... Well, you could try Stein;gate, but the romance just happens in the end. I´ve seen others shoujos, but they are not drama, so I think it´s not what you are looking for.
