I'm basically a simple closet otaku that watches far too much anime for her own good.
Nothing more, nothing less.
* I don't like purposefully watching bad anime/anime that doesn't appeal to me, so my list is riddled with plenty of 8s and 9s respectively.
7s are considered mediocre/decent in my book, and anything under is sub-par.
I follow the adjectives used by the numbers pretty closely.

Yessir! Can't believe how overlooked it is, though. You have people complaining about there being nothing good or original ever being made, when there is a perfectly adequate series right under their noses... 'Tis a great shame, indeed.

Ah ok then.I think I get you. Perhaps you mean a unique storytelling style, because TuTu really does have that. Yucie is pretty straight forward in that regard. However both are darker then you'd think. Tutu is kind of gothic though, so I see what your saying, and it's a bit darker too.
And yes both series are favorites of mine in that genre. I despise most Magical Girl shows, but I love both of them a lot. More people should see them!
