It all starts out with one person seeing an anime that they believe is ranked too high or too low, so they make a couple of accounts to fix it. Others see that it's being raised or lowered then try to fix it, then we have tons of accounts made on both sides of the spectrum. And trolls will still use the ptw section even if the score doesn't count, because they're not very into it to begin with. I've found many accounts that had an anime at like 1 or 2 episodes watched, when for that particular anime, you're score doesn't count for like 10 episodes. I also want to ask if someone leaves their episodes watched at - / whatever, does it still count. This of course goes for airing anime, since even if those do count for airing anime, they don't count for finished ones. |
