| According to Amazon Japan, an OVA will be released for the anime "Hidamari Sketch", adapted from the manga of the same name, and will cover the story of Sae and Hiro's graduation. The OVA will have two episodes, one for the examination and one for the graduation, and will be released on November 27th. Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

Honeycomb has already dug a fair way into volume 7 and to some extent has begun the graduation arc so I think 2 should be fine. BTW .. Honeycomb was pure awesomeness, especially the episode with Hiro deciding her future. |

Now it seems like we only have two episodes before we will never get any more Hidamari Sketch again as two key characters are leaving.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! i reckon they'll do another season till miyako and yuno graduate. probably not for a year or 2 though. and given the non chronological order that hidamari sketch tends to follow, my bet is there will atleast be a bit of hiro and sae. you also have to keep in mind that hiro's VA isnt very well |

| Synopsis out: Ep.1 Feb 01-20 Examination Sketch Sae and Hiro started the exam season. Because they all need to go for exam for a number of colleges spreading many days, Yuno, Miyako, Rino and Nazuna take turn to prepare lunch box for the two. And one day, Hiro comes back looking downcast, perhaps because she is not confident about the performance she had in the exam. On the other hand, Sae comes back looking relaxed.... Ep.2 Feb 28 - Mar 01 Gradation Sketch Getting past the exam season, now Sae and Hiro will attend the graduation ceremony tomorrow. Yuno has been looking low since this morning. Even after coming to the school with Miyako to help the preparation of the ceremony she still looks dispirited. And then that evening a pizza party is organized to as an advance celebration of Sae and Hiro's graduation, which is also joined by the landlord. Even then Yuno does not seem to be enjoying. And soon enough the next day comes.... |
