Hunter x Hunter selling really well and remains in its place as one of Jump's top 3 selling manga atm (might as well say one of Japan's top 3 battle-shonen manga atm). Hisoka approves:
Hopefully seeing a new volume released means Togashi will return soon.
Kuroko no Basuke sold more than both Toriko and Bleach in their first week, here am I hoping for a 2nd season, though I'm still doubting it.
Bleach's new volume sold like the last one in its first week, no surprise there.
Beelzebub is really not selling that well, its ranking in Jump is stable too.
Medaka Box seems to be nearing its end, not selling well nor ranking well..

It actually sold out on both Amazon and Honto, so it'll sell much more once it gets reprinted. I guess they underestimated how much it would sell.

Hmm, not bad for SAO LN v11 for only 2 days of sales (Dec 8 & 9). I'm assuming it will add a significant portion onto the 67,784 sales, in the Dec 10-16 list.

Looks like v1 barely missed out on charting in the Top 50 LNs in the Nov 26-Dec 2 list based on this week's total sales and the total sales from the Nov 19-Nov 25 list.

Great to see Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei v8 selling decently :)

This volume of Medaka Box isn't selling any differently than the previous ones and it never ranked well so I don't see why that would make you think that the series is ending.
I meant that since it's not selling that much compared to other Jump titles + the fact that it started dropping from the bottom 5 to the bottom 3 recently, Jump won't care about those relatively low sales in putting it on the table of cancellation in the next meeting, if its rating in Jump stayed this way for the next 2 months.

I knew those figures were pretty low. Same with Mahouka. Both were released on Dec 10 IIRC. Next week will probably add more numbers to those. And lol, vol1 came back on the list again.
Great to see both. I want my Mahouka anime ._.

Hiatus x Hiatus selling well. At least we know Togashi's still alive since he just released 2 chapters of Kurapika's past. I really hope he resumes it. The anime is on GI already and there's a movie next month.

Kuroko selling well too. Only thing keeping us from season 2 of the anime is probably that stupid guy with his death threats. Why haven't they caught him already?

It actually says release for v11 of SAO LN is December 8 on Amazon JP.

The list of LN sales on 2ch (Post 230) also confirmed a release of December 8. I originally thought it was December 10 as well...

If it works similar to manga sales... next week should add maybe 1/2-2/3 of this week's sales in next week's sales to be on par with the 100k+ sales SAO v10 got. I'm not quite sure about Mahouka's previous volume sales.

Once again I wonder what the Japanese see in series such as Mahouka as the protagonists sound very generic. Well, they all do buy SAO as well.

And it will be interesting to see how the sales for SnK will develop once the anime starts airing.

Responses at the 1st volume of the novel was very good. It sucks you in the story's setting that is hard to stop following. It was very intriguing in its own way.

Well, nothing more generic than your comment that "the Japanese all do buy SAO" as if it is the only thing they all buy.
So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.
