Hi, I'm Jack from a city in Piedmont, Italy, 28 years old and fan of japanese animation since the '90s. I'm not an English native speaker, but I'm used to write in English.
My favourite kind of anime is the sci-fi/mystery.
I play Visual Novel, I like them so much that I'm trying to study Python language to create a Visual Novel (it will take time... and helpers too). I'm not good in art and design, but I like to write background for characters and fantasy worlds.
I love tv series (UK and USA; Italian television is horrible: reality show and quiz for family target), my favorites are Doctor Who, Sherlock, Lost, 24, Breaking Bad, Fringe and Community.
I'm straight and open minded about life and people. I feel the world as a place for everyone and I think that love is the key to happiness.

* A consideration about anime and manga *
I really like to watch less popular anime, even ones watched by a few people. There is no need of high sellings to make a great anime.
With manga it's different, I'm entertained by reading popular and longer manga. It's just a chapter after another, a volume after another. I can't get myself annoyed in reading longer manga, even if there is a drop of quality I can go further.
I don't know, it's seems like my anime list is very different from my manga list, I don't feel insulted if you consider me a newbie about manga, but I really have high consideration for this media.
Sometimes using creativity when reading manga can be better than watching the full scene animated. Not always, just sometimes.

First thing first, it's my point of view, I'm not trying to impose my tastes on you, so feel free to disagree but remember it's not wrong because I can't force myself to prefer anime that I don't like.
10: what I consider a masterpiece, sublime combination of story/characters (or for mainstream anime, memorable fights). I watch them and rewatch for years.
9: great, there are some milestones but also anime now very well reviewed I like for some reason. You find a lot more of 9 than 10 in my list. Some of them could be 10 but maybe I don't like some themes.
8: very good, it delivers what I expect without doubt, but there could be some personal disappoint (ex: bland ending, boring parts, filler episodes). Still, it's an anime with a lot of effort and I can't discard it.
7: good, for me 7 is not a bad rating at all. It could be a half-bad porting of a visual novel/manga or a half-good anime with some faults. In extreme cases, there is a chance I give 7 to a great anime with themes that I usually skip.
6: it's okay, at least I don't think I've wasted my time on this. You'll never see me recommending anime that I give 6 to other people. But I know some of them can be good for others.
5: bad, maybe not a full waste of time. Usually I get angry when there are interesting bases but bad development or a non-sense script.
4: annoying, I don't even want to talk about anime I give this rating.
1-2-3: jokes, I ask myself how can they produce anime of this kind. Some of them are justified. Trust me, I'm very calm, but I get angry when I think that I'm wasting my free time.

So,do you like Shingeki No kyojin?
I realized that many users in MAL write reviews ahead of time,Shingeki is a new anime and reviewing this anime is impossible,for example SAO.
At first, I thought that SAO has a promising future but I made a mistake ,I was disappointed to see that this anime became an Harem(and I hate Harem),It was a waste of time.
Though,the 14 episodes were awesome .
Accidenti per Eva, già il 2.22 non era granché (6), se questo peggiora pure... Grafica al top e tanta azione tra l'altro erano anche difetti del 2.22, perché se c'è grafica e azione non alzo minimamente il voto sopratutto se si parla di Eva. È qui non è questione personale, grafica può essere zero, esattamente con la serie TV che è probabilmente il miglior anime di sempre pur con una pessima grafica.
DS2 ha grandi potenzialità vedremo.
Su P3 non hanno fatto anime ancora, c'è quello pseudo sequel... che fa schifo.
Hataraku Maou-Sama se continua così è l'anime della stagione, altro che Gargantia e soprattutto i Giganti. Quest'ultimo poi ho i tuoi stessi dubbi, ma vedremo pure per questo, già nell'ultimo episodio ho notato una/due cose che non vanno (il gigante che appare all'improvviso anche se è alto 50 metri? LOL).
Su K hai ragione, ma non vedi anche i lati positivi, aveva/ha tante potenzialità.
Poi io non ho visto Baccano e Durarara
Non c'entrano niente Index e Railgun, hanno poco in comune (è pur sempre uno spin-off/prequel), se Railgun è eccezionale non significa che Index passi dallo stato di schifezza a discreto. Sono poi due generi completamente diversi e le mancanze di Index non le copre Railgun, non farti confondere dalla bellezza di Raigun.
Bah vedremo per Free... se viene fuori come Kimi To Boku che sembra per le fujoishi verrà bene.
Per Tamako sarà che non ho visto K-On, ma mi pare esagerato il tuo 4. Non è granché ma alcuni spunti interessanti e qualche momento simpatico l'aveva. Ciò non significa che mi diverte, ero molto indeciso se darli 5 o 6.
Liar Game is Brilliant. It's from the creator of One Outs. Really Psychological. I highly recommend it. It's a great read. It reminds me of One Outs and Kaiji.

Okay, so! I'm pretty sure (99%) that no member knows that MCA is celebrating its one year anniversary on 19th May! Well, it's true. We are sooo happy about this, so we are gonna celebrate this event the whole month! We'll be full of surprises and events of all kinds~ I'm going to tell you the schedule of the events so that everyone can enjoy them. For now, I'll only tell you the events' names and the date they appear. The rules and descriptions will be found in their respective threads.
1) MCA Trivia Event - there will be one question about MCA and its staff per day - the ones who get it right will win a present - the time it opens and the time it will be open varies on the difficulty of the question. We will try to vary the time we open it so that everyone gets a chance
2) Admins' Faves - will consist of 3 editions, each of them open for 40 posts, in three consecutive days : 10th, 11th and 12th May.
3) MCA's Anniversary RE - It will open on 19th May and it will last 24 hours.
4) Admin Appreciation Week - It will last... a week, between 13th and 20th May. It will be a message box where you can leave the staff a message and appreciate our work.

Anch'io ripongo fiducia in Valvrave, però la paura Guity Crown c'è, che abbia due stagioni non conta, anche GC aveva due stagioni. Però più che il vampirismo è interessante vedere la contraposizione tra L-Elf e il protagonista e anche quella tra le due ragazze Shogo e quella con i capelli neri lunghi.
Ripeto sulle citazioni di Nyaruko: io i DVD/BD/Novel le ho riconosciute perché ho visto Oreshura e mi sono piaciute parecchio, però solo perché lo conosco, se non lo conoscevo non mi dicevano niente! Ho rivisto la prima serie qualche giorno fa ed ora ho notato parecchie citazioni che prima non notavo e anche con il sito non mi dicevano nulla prima.
Su Devil Survivor 2 vedremo, però spero sia meglio di P4 e l'altra schifezza.
Per i voti iniziali vedo che è un problema comune, a me a volte si propaga nel tempo...
Si sul forum di MAL prima ci andavo sempre ora quasi mai causa tempo.
Be' allora è un problema proprio con i bishonen che hai, come in K, è un peccato perché Kuroko è un bel anime (non tattico e "ridicolo" se vuoi, ma è tipo Holly e Benji, è bello da seguire, una bella sorpresa). Se passassi sopra ai bishonen ti saresti goduto anche K a cui ho dato un 7 non definitivo (spero di alzarlo con la serie 2).
Capisco comunque che a te e qualcun'altro possano dare fastidio.
Per Tamako io invece Koi la odio! Miglior personaggio è Anko, poi la bionda amica di Tamako.
Alla fine Kyoani ci ha fatto lo scherzo con i bishonen maledetti! Probabilmente hanno prima testato il campo dicendo che era uno dei soliti loro video sperimentali e poi annunciandolo... sai che c'è stata pure una petizione per chiedere alla Kyoani di farlo?
Sono indeciso se vederlo o meno, qui i pregiudizi sui bishonen che hai tu li ho anch'io! LOL

Well for me it's a great show barring the last two episodes of course. It's a timeless classic. I really did enjoy the experience. The problems faced by the characters were definitely unique. Really loved the Psychological aspect too.
