Ningen Kyouki Katsuo! is a work that fits the parameters although it isn't as good as other works on your list. Despite several fights, the manga is more focused on humor and parodying some elements of the genre.

I think the way I phrased the last post may have caused some confusion, but the author of Franken Fran isn't the same of Kuromachi and Sachiko Uguisu is another person. I just wanted to say that other works could be inserted in that spot, the used criteria was to find works that mixed humor with horror.

I would like to thank you for the recommendations contained in your latest interest stack. Moreover, without wanting to sound rude, I think it would be interesting to replace some recommendations as Kuromachi, because, besides being difficult to complete the work after they stopped translating (I think the scan abandoned) there are some works that would fit better in this space as Franken Fran or some other work done by Uguisu Sachiko.
