Oh I get it watching YouTube is also habit of mine
Just clicking on every Video having good and attractive thumbnail.
I also watch anime in subtitles and it's hard to always see bottom and then centre of screen. My eye muscle is tired so , i sleep 😂 then continue.

Don't you feel anything if you don't watch anime for a month.
You have a great control on your mind 😬.
I feel alone ( in my case if I don't see anime for a month) like abandoning my own interest.
