I'm not really a mainstream anime guy so I usually like exploring different kinds of anime. I watched a lot of Pokémon in my youth. As a result, I have no time nor interest in starting new anime with 5+ seasons. I don't have a lot of time to watch anime religiously.

Every anime deserves a chance lol. I rarely give 10s. I think I have only given few a ten :P

My Rating System

To start off, I use the entire 1 to 10 scale to rank shows. NOT 6 to 10! What point is there for numbers 1 through 5 if you only use 6 to 10 to rank stuff. I give all numbers the love they deserve. That way the shitty 1's and the Masterpiece 10's stick harder. There are no such things as pity points in my rankings.

At first glance, I usually rank anime based on how watchable and easy it is to follow. No good anime doesn't keep you engaged in the series. In the past I was a bit lenient on ratings but the more anime I watch the pickier I get. Anime that does not keep me engaged will only get a 5 maximum. Anime with a rating with 5+ will be ranked based on my impressions of the plot, characters, artwork, and how Interesting and Original it is. If you hate reading or if you are illiterate. There are videos for each ranking that best describe how I feel.

[10] Watch This to Lose Your Anime Virginity: An anime so good that you need to watch it before calling yourself a weeb. :P Welcome to the dark side my friend.

[9] "Plz watch": Although not perfect. I highly recommend watching it. You will not regret it. These are anime that I enjoy a lot and that I rewatch sometimes. (I usually don't rewatch anime) Most people give this anime a 7+ rating. I repeat... MOST people.

[8] A Great Anime: Overall a nice anime to watch. If the list is dry and you need some backup. These anime should keep you occupied.

[7] Nice: Above average in one aspect. Such as a memorable or popular character, or nice artwork, etc. These anime have at least one thing that makes them somewhat memorable and kind of stand out. One thing... THAT'S IT!!!

[6] So-so: Average. Sword Art Online average...

[5] Bogey: Average people score bogeys when they play golf. That is a fact. They are one stroke away from a par. In anime terms these are your anime that on par but are just one stroke off.

[4] Meh: I might have watched these anime while I was half asleep. Not Memorable. If generic trash is your forte, you'll love this selection of mainstream rip offs.

[3] No...: When an anime tries so hard but falls on its face. An anime here probably has a good manga, but the anime was not done properly. Or something where the artwork was great but in the anime, they ruin it. I will never forget the artwork from Pokémon XY to Pokémon Sun and Moon... Terrible!

[2] Watch at Your Own Risk!!: Masochists will love watching these. As for the 99% regular people out there, who watch anime. Don't waste your time. Do not watch! I for one probably didn't even have the brain cells to finish these anime.

[1] See You on the Other Side: “Hello darkness my old friend. I've come to talk with you again.” If you rank these higher than a 4 your weeb license will be revoked. lel. Unless you want to question what life is. Avoid these anime at all costs!!! Too much exposure will result in permanent blindness, hearing loss, and brain damage.
