Tanigawa Nagaru Writes Black Rock Shooter Anime

According to Akiba Soken, a preview of Black★Rock Shooter anime was held on July 7th at Akihabara UDX Theater. The scenario writer was revealed to be Tanigawa Nagaru, the author of Suzumiya Haruhi Series. Aki Takanori, the executive producer of Good Smile Company, said the 50 min long anime will be streamed online with subtitles in seven languages.

The DVD will be released as an extra disc of Monthly Hobby Japan (July 24th), Megami Magazine (July 30th), and Monthly Animedia (August 10th).

I'm a big fan of TMOHS, and unexpectedly got a good impression about Black Rock Shooter, despite of not valuing this OVA as brilliant as TMOHS. I even desiring the BRS series. Well, this news is unexpected explanation of my interest to BRS! Apparently, Mr. Tanigawa's works contains something suitable for me.
I hope he continue to write Haruhi light novels. Or if 10th novel is already done and it is the last novel in this series, Mr. Tanigawa is already released from making TMOHS, and that's why he made the BRS scenario.

Also of the opinion its not over yet. Some people are rating it poorly, and at first as i was watching it was inclined to do the same, but as it went on and i started to get what was going, or atleast i made the events make sense to me :) I began i like and enjoy what i was watching.

Such a damn cool character, would be just too sad to end it here. Plus it looked like Yuu is about to a Yomi after the end credits, if that isnt showing a potential sequal i dont know what is. Maybe they want to see how well it gets accepted, before deciding to do something with more detail like a full series, or a couple of sequal OVA's.

Though like any fan, i know too well that series often dont get continued on when they deserve to, or get endings that just dont cut it. Hopefully this wont join that list.

That's the question. If he doesn't want to write Haruhi anymore, he better just end it all together.

thats because its a pilot OVA not to mention its Ordet( the Animation/production company working on it ) First Solo project, Im guessing if it does really well they will make a full Anime series out of it, ( only hopes so! )
