Because Asako was stupid and campaigned to have Robotech removed from the database, so he got deleted as well.

What? I never "campaigned" to get it removed. It was removed in the DB rules being tightened, and I had nothing to do with that. I have the Robotech box set (25th anniversary edition) and I acknowledge what it did for the fandom in its day. It has a very significant role in the history of anime outside of Japan.

However, I won't say RIP or any such, because of what he and Harmony Gold did in many other respects, such as the fuss with Mechwarriorr not to mention their regular legal spats with the original producers trying to license other Macross series (7, Zero, Frontier) outside of Japan. It was douchery of the highest level. So I won't mourn him, and I have no respect for the company or their loss.

Very sad news. There probably wouldn't be an anime fandom if not for him. RIP
I just checked, and there is NO profile on him in here. Now, why the heck is that??

Well that's a funny way to spell Macross.
