Winners of the 55th Shougakukan Manga Awards

The winners for 2009's Shougakukan Manga Awards in each category are as follows:

General
Shinya Shokudou by Yarou Abe

Shounen
SKET Dance by Kenta Shinohara

Shoujo
Machi de Uwasa no Tengu no Ko by Nao Iwamoto

Children
Penguin no Mondai by Yuuji Nagai

The winner of the general category, Shinya Shokudou, is Abe Yarou's manga serialized in Big Comic Original since 2006. It's about a small restaurant in the back alley of Shinjuku. A live action drama of the manga was aired last year.

I hope so too! The drama CD was released last October so that's at least one step closer!!

(For interest, Hiroyuki Yoshin as Bossun, Ryoko Shiraishi as Himeko and most importantly Tomokazu Sugita as Switch! :D)

When someone submits it, sure.
Forget it.. it's easier to add it myself than deal with a half-assed submission. Here it is

That was a great shock,then . The winner of 54th award was Kurosagi. That manga was great,i think.
