The winners for 2009's Shougakukan Manga Awards in each category are as follows:General
Shinya Shokudou by Yarou Abe
Shounen
SKET Dance by Kenta Shinohara
Shoujo
Machi de Uwasa no Tengu no Ko by Nao Iwamoto
Children
Penguin no Mondai by Yuuji Nagai
The winner of the general category, Shinya Shokudou, is Abe Yarou's manga serialized in Big Comic Original since 2006. It's about a small restaurant in the back alley of Shinjuku. A live action drama of the manga was aired last year.

Wait, so the General Winner is not in MAL database?
Nope. I can't tell you the last time I saw a raw seinen manga in the queue either. Raw additions are rare enough as it is.

When someone submits it, sure.
