'Ramen Akaneko' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Song, First Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Angyaman's Ramen Akaneko (Red Cat Ramen) manga revealed additional cast, staff, theme song, key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 4 at 11:56 p.m. on TBS' 28 stations.

Electronic band Suiyoubi no Campanella (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun 3rd Season) is performing the theme song "Akaneko" which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Hisatoshi Shimizu (Taisou Zamurai) helms the anime at E&H Production. Tooru Kubo (Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi associate producer) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Michinori Chiba (SK∞) is designing the characters.

Angyaman originally submitted the manga as a webcomic to the Jump Rookie website in November 2021, where it ranked first place. The manga then began as an indie serialization for 29 chapters from March to October 2022 on the Shounen Jump+ web magazine and was promoted to an official serialization the following week. Shueisha shipped the seventh volume on March 4.
