'Edomae Elf' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, Second Promo for Spring 2023

The official website of the Edomae Elf (Otaku Elf) television anime revealed on Friday additional cast, staff, key visual (pictured), theme songs, and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 8 at 2:25 a.m. on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS's Animeism programming block.

Haruka Aikawa and Hitomi Sekine (Shinobi no Ittoki) are joining the cast as Koma Sakuraba and Koyuzu Koganei, respectively.

Akari Nanawo (Engage Kiss, Happy Sugar Life) is performing the opening theme "Kien Romance," which is previewed in the promotional video below. J-rock band CodyLee performs the ending theme "Odoru Hikari."

Takefumi Anzai (Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu) helms the anime at C2C. Shougo Yasukawa (Shokugeki no Souma) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Takeshi Oda is designing the characters and Akito Matsuda (Hibike! Euphonium) is composing the music.

The anime adapts Akihiko Higuchi's slice of life comedy manga, which began serializing in Shounen Magazine Edge in June 2019. Kodansha shipped the fifth volume on November 17, with the sixth volume scheduled to release on June 16.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in August 2020 and will publish the fourth volume on June 28.
