'Do It Yourself!!' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Second Promo

The official website of the Do It Yourself!! original television anime revealed additional cast, staff, opening theme, key visual (pictured), and second promotional video on Thursday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 6 at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo, followed by AT-X, BS11, and NST Niigata General TV.

Yumi Kakazu (Doraemon (2005)) is joining the cast as Haruko Hokketsu, the advisor of the DIY department.

The opening theme "Dokidoki Idea wo Yoroshiku" will be performed by the six main cast members Azumi Waki, Kana Ichinose, Konomi Inagaki, Ayane Sakura, Karin Takasashi, and Nichika Oomori as their characters. The opening is previewed in the promotional video below.

Kazuhiro Yoneda (Kageki Shoujo!!) is helming the original slice of life anime at animation studio Pine Jam. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Majo no Tabitabi) is handling the series composition and script. Yuusuke Matsuo (Yama no Susume) is the character designer and Ryouhei Sataka (D4DJ: First Mix) is composing the music.

This has some really great people working on it who have worked on some of my favorite anime, that and everything I've seen of the show so far has me excited. I can't wait until this airs!
