Pretty surprised this get an anime. I've read only the WN translation but it's just a cute slice of life. It it quite enjoyable but nothing especially amazing.
I can't predict what get adapted these days honestly, does this LN even have a decent size fandom?
Anime these days more like "If it had cute girls then it would get an adaptation".
So the story or whatever it's not important anymore.

But to see many Isekai focusing on the "slow life" aspect, I can't help but wonder how generic these series are.

It is rather the result of the all-female LN + yuri and everything that at least partially resembles it trends

Aside from my love hate to isekai, I mostly prefer urban fantasy, epic and emotional stories, and well-developed school stories with deep characters. If we talk about LN. But I always try to try a lot. For example, I liked the SoL about chemist and slime master.
Oh so you are into urban fantasy ln stuff then you should try toaru been loving that show lately novels are even better (in case if you havent already). Also good to know you are atleast give shows a try
My problem with Toaru is that I was not in the best mood when the show was young and too experienced when it became a classic. Therefore, some points seem too boomer to me. But I really love Touma and Misaka though. And his comedy interaction with Index.

Is this another LN about how a man becomes a cute lesbian girl after geting isekai-ed? I have seen this suspiciously often in recent years.
Nah not this one i am just saying recent days out of every isekai trend
Sol and Gender Bend are two of the most current popular ones
Well, this is not my cup of tea anyway, so the jokes about the similarity of this to the Atelier franchise are too few to interest me.

But it doesn't sound like a isekai from the synopsis....
It doesnt but its basically sounds like your average isekai sol generic stuff only differnce is mc starts in her own world

The LN has some minor Yuri vibes. I like that , But for my taste there are to many males in It. I prefer females only in my anime, so this is probably not my cup of tea
I pass on this one for now. But If its going to have strong Yuri that goes further then the usual hints/vibes/baiting, I might reconsider and watch it later
How do you know this has too many males? Did you read it? O_O I'm confused is this actually Yuri or not?
I really like the premise but if it is i would have to unfortunately skip it.
