'Fragtime' OVA Reveals Staff and November Screening
The official website for the previously announced anime adaptation of Sato's yuri manga has revealed staff, a new key visual (pictured), and a promotional video. The OVA will have a limited screening in Japan in November.Staff

Fragtime was published on the Manga Cross website from March 2013 to September 2014. Akita Shoten compiled the chapters into two volumes.

What? No, I know that this guy has good experience with yuri and yuri-ish works, but if my memory serves me, he is a screenwriter, not an animator. Even his page includes mostly only work with the script.

MAL staff ignored it as always but most of the staff worked on Asagao to Kase-san adaptation.
