Web Manga 'Joshikousei no Mudazukai' Receives TV Anime
Kadokawa opened an official website for a TV anime adaptation of Beano's school comedy manga Joshikousei no Mudazukai (Wasteful Days of High School Girl) on Thursday.
Synopsis
One day out of boredom, Tanaka decided to give her classmates nicknames based on their quirks. Her friend Sakuchi became "Ota" for her nerdy interests, and her other friend Saginomiya became "Robo" because of her expressionless personality. In retaliation, her friends decided to name Tanaka "Baka." These are the ridiculous days of three high school friends claiming (or not) the height of their youth. (Source: MU)
The comedy slice of life manga has been serialized in Comic Newtype web manga platform since November 2014 and has three volumes in print as of last May. Kadokawa will publish the fourth compiled volume on November 10.

Unfortunately in otaku culture in Japan, all girls shows= yuri bait, waifu farm, and all boys shows= yaoi bait, husbando farm. It's sad but thats how it works when you want people to buy your DVD/BDs, im not even sure if shows like this are still made for normal audience that just want to watch some sol comedy.
OT: this seems interesting PTW.

Sounds like Daily Lives of High School Boys, but female version. That show had 3 guy MC's as well, and here its 3 girls.
The boy version was funny af tho so lets hope this brings good stuff as well.

I wonder whether Asobi Asobase may have poisoned the well somewhat for this show. I can picture people being disappointed that it isn't like that, nevermind whether it was ever intended to be or not (typical fan behavior in probably any medium). Recently some less experienced Made in Abyss fans went into Girls' Last Tour and Hakumei & Mikochi going "Is this like Made in Abyss?" or "Made in Abyss ripoff."
This manga began publishing in 2014, Asobi Asobase in 2015. But I could see this show being greenlit in response to Asobi Asobase, and perhaps pushed in that direction by producers. (Never seen this manga, so I can only make what feels like a safe guess, that it was more of a traditional/generic CGDCT?)
On the off chance that it actually is like Asobi Asobase, there's still a problem; the Isekai Izakaya manga started before the Isekai Shokudou / Restaurant to Another World manga, but Isekai Izakaya was unfortunately adapted to anime later and was therefore seen as a cash-in copy. (It was also regarded as inferior in production, but I haven't seen either show.)
