'Mobile Suit Gundam NT' Announces Cast and Additional Staff

The official website of Mobile Suit Gundam NT, the latest installment in the Gundam franchise set in the U.C. 0097 timeline, revealed three main cast, additional staff, and a new key visual (pictured) on Thursday. The anime will screen in 90 theaters in Japan on November 30. The second wave of advance ticket sales will begin on Friday.

Yona Bashuta: Junya Enoki (Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru)
Michelle Luio: Tomo Muranaka (Fuuka)
Rita Bernal: Ayu Matsuura (Kimi no Iru Machi)

Teaser

The anime is a part of Sunrise's "UC NexT 0100" project, which will cover the events of the next 100 years in the Universal Century timeline. The project will also include manga, novels, and a smartphone game.

I've never watched a single Mobile Suit Gundam in my entire life yet the first thing I can say from this trailer, IS THAT IT LOOKS FUCKING NEAT! The character designs are old school but pretty looking, the song is awesome, and more importantly the mecha's don't appears to be CG and look freaking NEAT!

Looks like it'll be good. I enjoy most of the alternative universe Gundam series, but never really got into U.C. One day I say!

Nice animation. I am definitely going to watch this one. Well, the clips of the sakuga scenes, not the whole anime.
