A teaser website and Twitter account launched and announced that the novel series Kyoto Teramachi Sanjou no Holmes will get a TV anime to broadcast in Summer 2018. Studio Seven will be in-charge of the anime.

Synopsis:
Aoi Mashiro, who has been a high school student for six months, came to an antique store Kura in Teramachi Sanjou shopping street to estimate an antique item owned by her late grandfather. The appraiser there is good-looking, elegant, and polite, but is very sharp to the extent that he has a nickname Holmes, and he immediately realized that she brought the antique without letting her family know. Kiyotaka suggested Aoi, who is in need of money no matter what, to work in Kura as a part-timer. Since that day, Aoi experienced various incidents around Kyoto with the antiques.

Mai Mochizuki has been serializing Kyoto Teramachi Sanjou no Holmes via Everystar website. Since 2015, the series has been physically published via Futaba bunko imprint and there are currently nine volumes (including volume 6.5) released as of September 2017. The novel has received Kyotobon Taisho in 2016. A manga adaptation drawn by Ichiha Akizuki started serializing via Monthly Action magazine since October 2017, and the first volume has been released on March 12.

@phoenixalia Didnt say that its gonna be a failure. Its just a mere observation of the current situation with studio Seven. Infact I wish em good luck n success in the future, they’re stepping out of their hentai only production and going further beyond with everything else.
I will correct my comment to make it less misleading.

Ahh, OK. I get it now.

This seems sort of similar to Tsukumodou Antique Shop (I'm still waiting for it to be adapted into either anime or manga) so I'm definitely gonna watch.

okay, despite the studio involved being mostly known for hentai and other disturbing stuff, they could still make something good considering that this is going to be based of something that isn't like their more pornographic content

"BASED"

Yes. Another instant watch for me.

Eh. I highly doubt Studio Seven would fuck up or anything. I'm just gonna wait here and wait for the staff.

YOu are probably one of those guys who rate anime based on how "well-written" the story, and spend their time analyzing the animations. I don't care that much about these stuff I watch anime for enjoyment.

i rate anime for how good they are, thats what scores meant to be.
the fact that u enjoyed it doesnt change the fact that is utter garbage, but if u liked it go on

No, it is not a joke. I actually did enjoy Ousama Game. Watching people getting killed, forced to have sex, and watching Natsuko Honda sadist laugh can be entertaining (and I love Natsuko Honda so much, she my favorite in that show)

This seems interesting. I might watch th . . . Oh . . . , it's produced by Seven studio. Never mind.

Praise the Lord. Now I just hope this isn't a short. It probably isn't likely but after the news about Akkun to Kanojo, I'm kind of scared.

Fewer crappy otome anime and more anime where the female protagonist can actually talk, please!
I won't say no to otome anime which actually have quality either though.
