TV Anime 'Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou' Staff and Additional Cast Members Announced
The official website for Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou TV anime has announced staff and additional cast members. The cast members that announced this time are the same as the drama CD. The anime will air on Mondays at 11:00 p.m. starting July 3 via the Anime no Me timeslot on Tokyo MX, followed by Yomiuri TV and BS11.Cast

Akira Fukase: Kazuya Nakai (Ao no Exorcist)

Director: Mitsuo Hashimoto (Initial D Final Stage)
Series Composition: Yasunori Yamada (Masou Gakuen HxH)
Character Design: Tomomi Shimazaki (Toaru Hikuushi e no Tsuioku key animation)
Studio: Shin-Ei Animation
A pre-screening event featuring the first episode will be held on July 1 at United Cinema Aqua City Odaiba. Voice actor Atsushi Abe (Yuushi Inaba) and others will attend the event for a talk show.

The cast and staff look okay. I am not too sure about that art style though.

I think the staff looks okay at best, and the cast seems pretty solid as far as I can see.
