Clearly it will not sell as much as Walkure Attack in the first week, based on the Oricon daily ranking sales. I'm guessing 55~60K first week, unless it recovers over the remaining 3 days of sales. 55~60K is still really good, don't get me wrong, but it may not even reach 100K in the long run if it starts that low.

For me, I can't say that Billboard and most especially Oricon perfectly represent the Japanese music due to inflated sales of idol singles but it surely represents what the Japanese are willing to spend to support those who they want to support.

Agreed. I think real fans buy CDs so I think Oricon is accurate but I guess more people just stream it these days and we don't have a streaming music chart yet.

RADWIMPS album stays strong. I hope Zen Zen Zense will finally top the Billboard Japan charts due to disappointing singles sales. But the unknown #1 in album sales, Aimer and aiko also have that chance.
Nice to see fine sales of Mikako Komatsu single here.
