'Nisekoi' to Include Unaired OVA

The upcoming 25th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump will announce that Nisekoi will be receiving an OVA. It will adapt chapters 58 and 64 of the manga. The OVA episode will be bundled with volume 14, which will be released on October 3, 2014.

The main cast will return along with chief director Akiyuki Shinbo, director Naoyuki Tatsuwa, and character designer Nobuhiro Sugiyama. Shaft will also be animating the OVA. The TV series began airing this Winter.

No,it was actual pilot...this will be a filler,we know which chapters from manga will be animated and it will be filler,no doubt...

The official volumes started coming out in January 2014 in the US. I assume the ones online are fan translations, so maybe they aren't the quality of the official volumes, but idk. I like to buy the physical book, expensive as they may be.

im reading that fan translations and its not half bad...still its your choice...i cant understand you because in my country that manga will never come out :I

The Manga is only up to 2 volumes in North America, but there is a third coming out on the 7th of June, so yah. If you can read Japanese and acquire all 11 volumes from Japan, then I guess this doesn't matter.

The ending was really open ended, but I think we'll have to wait a second season. Shaft is also doing Mekaku City Actors and Hanamonogatari so we will have to at least wait until those are finished for any hope of a second season. The manga is also no where near finished, and seeing how true to the manga they stayed during the series, we'll have to wait for some more issues of the manga to come out. Other than that the OVA is probably going to be more of the same, probably something similar to the Hot Spring episode. There will probably be a second season, but not anytime soon.

SHAFT tend not to do original endings or so I think, they tend to follow the general outline of the source material.

They just need to conclude the story somehow in my opinion. Hoping the OVA does that but if not, season 2 please!

Monogatari Final Season won't come any time soon, they should take their time adapting from Owarimonogatri onwards.

OT: I'm glad all we get is an OVA of this waste of time.
