Sengoku BASARA Staff Admits Date Masamure Rides on a Motorcycle Not a Horse

The staff of "Sengoku BASARA" disclosed to a free-lance writer that the horses on which Date Masamune and his fellows ride are motorcycles with horse heads and legs. The horse-like motorcycles have mufflers and handlebars.

Really?! Well, I suppose it would make sense if they were horses with fake handlebars to simulate a motorcycle (replacing the reins, something like that), but... The opposite?! Really strange, hahaha! Also because they are samurai and all, you know... But it's okay, I still love Sengoku BASARA. xD

God BASARA is awesome.

I always thought they were just props to make the horses look completely awesome. But to read that the horses are in reality motorcycles just with horse heads and legs. Man, Date's an afficionado of the west, complete with Engrish and Western props. Priceless.

With that said, Sengoku Basara continues to be awesome.

haha i noticed when i saw it but i just thought it was a harness made cuz hes too lazy for reigns tricky things those are x,x pull to hard the wrong way and bam it speeds up but lol i like his idea! imagine some bikey crews with horses with handle bars that would be awesome to see
