Manga 'Worst' Ends This Month

In the latest issue of Gekkan Shounen Champion, the last chapter of manga "Worst" was published. The manga started its serialization in 2001 and is a sequel to "Crows", also by the same writer Takahashi Hiroshi. Next month's issue of the magazine will carry a long interview with Takahashi and comments from various people about the manga. The last volume, vol.33, will be released this winter.

One Piece will go on for serveral years, its basically Shonen Jumps cash cow. No other manga has ever, and probably will ever reach the sales that One Piece has had. Plus its not like its popular for no reason, its actually a good manga.

Bleach and especially Naruto have been running on fumes for years, those two should have been cancelled/ended years ago. Naruto lost everything that made it decent after it became all about "saving Sasuke." As for Bleach, it hasn't had a coherent story arc in years. I'm pretty sure Tite Kubo has a pet chimpanzee that writes the plot for him, while he draws the panels.

Naruto is hardly on it's last arc. Plus there has been no word around it ending any time soon. I know that the Bleach anime is ending. I know nothing of the manga since I don't follow it.

Damn, it's sad to see one of my favourite comics come to an end. Atleast Takashi didn't decide to prolong the story untill it becomes monotonous.
Hopefully, Takashi come-back to continueing Drop.

Some of those ended already, and others were announced to be ending quite some time ago. All in all, it's a good thing. Quality stuff won't get watered down, trash will finally mercifully end. Both will make room for potentially interesting stuff. Rejoice.

Love Crows, and started reading Worst not long ago. I for one am happy with the news, 33 volumes is more than enough and its nice seeing a series to its conclusion.
