According to Mainichi, cosplay clothing maker COSPA has announced the yearly sales rankings for 2011.

HS Uniforms are the easiest to cosplay imo. Practically anyone can wear them and you dont have to end up "having the same costume" as another person because you can just say that you "go to the same school".
If i were to cosplay (which i havent yet) i would also choose a school girl uniform.

All the school uniforms are sorta cute, except #2. I thought that was kinda ugly. I like the IS: Infinite Stratos, Game Rewrite, and Hanasaku Iroha ones the most of the school uniforms.

But my favourite is Kuroneko's outfit. That's my favourite all-around cosplay anyways. ^^=

Love how simple and elegant the uniforms are ( k-ons, Irohou and yuru yuri's especially), its so soft im gonna die.

I wonder if they sell himari's penguin inspired dress because that would be creepy awesome.

I am for some reason bummed not to see Ika Musume's dress on the list, i don't know why i would even think it would be on it, but i'm still disapointed it's not.

I'm not a huge fan of K-ON. But I gotta admit...my personal favorite one is the one for K-ON out of all the others chosen. I just like the simplicity and the navy blue. The light blue ribbon and the golden buttons give off a nice touch to the uniform as well.

#3 and #4 looks nice as well.

Not surprised to see Shuffle! there, I always thought it's summer uniforms were cute BUT it's winter ones are fucking fantastic!

I'm a little surprised to see K-ON as the number one. I mean, it's just a navy blazer, white dress shirt, grey skirt, and blue ribbon. Those seem like they'd be pretty easy to find for a lot cheaper than what that site likely charges.

if anything, I'm surprised Mashiro isn't rated higher. it's a really nice looking uniform anyways, and even before the anime was released and it was just a VN, it was still charted as popular near the same place. i just thought that now the anime's out it'd be a little higher, but it's still floating around 8~10th like it usually is.

I want to see somebody try and cosplay as one of the more elaborate / extreme characters from Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon. Now THAT would be a site to behold.
