Amagami SS Second Season Due in January 2012

According to the official website, the second season of Amagami SS titled "Amagami SS+ plus" was announced to be aired from January 2012. Each of the six heroines will be featured in a two-episode chapter in an omnibus format and the direct sequels to the first season will be animated. The new director Kobayashi Tomoki said he will put the anime-original elements forward in the second season.

just finished the first season and really it really impress me,the deveopment of the MC and the heroine is good, of course i'll watch the second season,hopefully it won't dissappointme with the follow ups

I heard that the arcs that would air is reversed from first season. Tsukasa's first, then Rihoko, Nanase, Kaoru, Sae, and Haruka.

There's Tsukasa Arc PV in the official anime site, but it's just using clips and her song from first season. (If you want to check it out, that is)

Looking forward to more Nanasaki, and the others to a lesser extent.
Omnibus is the way to go, but still I thought the last episode + the special with the sister where all arcs kind of co-existed were funny.

I heard rumors that the first season was planned to be a 12 episode series only but then got extended into a 24 episode series. I hope Amagami SS+ will be extended too. I just can't get enough of Morishima-senpai!!!

Cool even though it's gonna be only 12 episodes, it's still better than nothing. But I'm glad I get to see more Morishima-sempai! :D

Just thought of that it would be great if they do make arcs for some side characters after a 12 episode continuation of the first batch of heroines so that it expands to a 24 episode show and that we will get to see some new heroines too. But I fear that they won't.
