@SukiiFu all you need to do for the ticket is fill in the intro section (which you did), put your end date on (just put the date you make a turn-in post), and remove the other sections. Once you do that, copy the turn-in code to another post, edit it so only the Intro is being turned-in and the lines about Cultural Festival and Sports Day are not there then submit it.
If you would rather do the other parts, that is fine! Just properly fill them out before making your turn-in post as a new reply.

- Edit your turn-in post from Intro to Intro / Basics / Cultural Festival / Sports Day as shown above. (This is a planning turn-in, you finished all the planning so you can turn in everything—good job!)
- Remove all the struck-through requirements (the three extras in each area for Cultural Festival and the 9 extras in Sports Day) so you only have 20 and 2 requirements respectively. (Note: you can keep a copy of these elsewhere and add them back when you get granted your ticket but your turn-in needs to be clean.)
- Add the date of your turn-in post as your end date.
