 Pony Canyon opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Makoto Hoshino's Nokemono-tachi no Yoru (The Tale of the Outcasts) manga on Thursday and revealed a teaser visual (pictured above). Hoshino serialized the fantasy manga in Shounen Sunday from August 2019 to last year's April. Shogakukan shipped the eighth and final volume in May of the same year. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in August 2020. The fifth volume shipped on June 28, and the sixth volume is scheduled to release on November 15. Synopsis Wisteria is an orphan girl living in a corner of the British Empire at the end of the 19th century. Her life is desolate and bleak–until she encounters Marbas, a powerful but equally lonely immortal being with a furry appearance, hounded by hunters. Together, Wisteria and Marbas roam the Empire–populated by humans and human-like beasts–in search of a place where they can live together in peace. | That's a nice looking KV....The premise isn't anything unique, but series like this can definitely be quite enjoyable depending on how deep it goes, so I'll keep an eye out for this Curious to see which studio is adapting this though...I'm expecting a full adaptation since it's kinda short and also completed too |
