| Sad I missed posting last week (silly irl stuff keeping me from Sono Bisque Doll), but I'm happy to be back this week! It was so great to finally see everyone in cosplay, including Shiinju!! It's what she deserves and I was so happy to see it! Really, it's just so wholesome to see Gojou supporting Shinju! Making her a cosplay and encouraging her that she can cosplay whoever she wants, no matter her body type or gender or anything else was just beyond wholesome to witness!! (◕◡◕✿) I just love how much attention this show is giving to both cosplayers and those who work in cosplay photography/crafting etc.! I've heard a lot of people say that they're inspired to get into cosplay because of Sono Bisque Doll- and it was scenes like that between Gojou and Shinju that make it clear why! ☆ We did, as usual, get some really incredible shots of animation and fanservice this episode! Maybe it was just me having watched episodes 8 and 9 in a row- but things definitely feel as though they're moving more quickly! I'm sad that we only have a few episodes left in this season! And before I forget: Gojou said Marin is cute Gojou said Marin is cute Gojou said Marin is cute!!! In fact they cut a scene from the beginning of chapter 24, a very funny scene where Gojou goes to look for fabrics for Shinju's dress. Then they adapted five chapters in this episode while we were on an average of 2 to 3 chapters per episode until now. Many very simplified models of the characters, also chibi versions. Some of the key images are very satisfying but I think Marin's cosplay could otherwise be better presented. Same for Sajuna and Shinju. A lot of still images and a camera that scrolls on the backgrounds during the dialogues when we were used to more chara-acting. We already know that Neverland 2 is a completely rushed anime that reaches the end of the manga. Horimiya is a very incomplete adaptation that removes a lot of the original content. Bunny Girl Senpai Movie is incredibly less animated than the TV series while in theory we expect the exact opposite. Wonder Egg Priority is an original project that started to collapse from episodes 9-10 also with an unfinished story. The animation was obviously not up to the level of the first episodes. I guess Sono Bisque Doll will follow the same road ? |

| After watching this ep I've read the manga. The anime compressed something like 3/4 of volume 4 into one episode. So yeah this ep is really dense, with content that's not all super interesting to me. I don't think the story does benefit from Shinju being put in risqué situations with Gojou, but oh well. Maybe my least favorite ep until now. I'm kinda disappointed! The manga contains some more details and one additional scene. Now I totally understand the adaptation needed to cut them out and speed the pace up. I feel the manga should have took more time on the creation of these costumes, like come on it's 3 costumes not only 1 like the first. Then maybe we could have had 2 eps. Still enjoyed the fun, and happy that the author addresses Marin desire to actually level up in her knowledge and skills ; hoping for some positive development and character growth for her <3 |

| I know they haven't started their photoshoot yet but it's a little bit disappointing to see Marin's and Juju's cosplay outfits. It's underwhelming compared to the previous ep how they give much detail in Shizuku-tan's. I really look forward to see Marin's Black Lobelia cosplay since the start of this series. Hope the next ep won't be disappointing. Also, I never questioned my identity until I saw Shinju's cosplay of Soma-oniichan. Damn real pretty boy. My loyalty to Marin as best girl is being shaken haha. |

| Oh god oh fuck the quality is starting to slip. Please CloverWorks don't do this again. It has been such a great anime so far. This episode wasn't too bad yet. Just lots of still shots and stiff animation. Bit worried for future episodes tho. |

| Solid enough. The fanservice with Shinju was as unnecessary as you’d expect. Compared to last episode, this one didn’t feel that memorable, but it was still enjoyable for the most part. |
| Marin deliberately teasing Gojou, help him lol. Marin's transformation to Black Lobelia wow!! The effect of changing the eye shape is amazing :o Sajuna's deadpan tsukkomi remarks to Marin www Shinju wanting to cosplay as Soma posed several problems but luckily they were still able to do it well according to budget. She looked so cool! I'm sure people would fawn over her if she went to cosplay events, I would //shot Even if I haven't watched Flower Princess Blaze, I started to admire Soma too because of them admiring him, I very much see CCS's Touya in him. The kabedon is totally a reference to Touya/Yukito 😆 Aww Gojou's thoughts about Marin ;; so cute. Seems like the point of everyone is worried about something will continue to the next episode too. The last bit about them freaking out for almost dropping the expensive camera is hilarious. I once had to borrow a camera for class and I protected it with my life wherever I went haha |
| Definitely didn’t expect a Shinju focused episode but I really loved it, turns out she did want to cosplay as well, and Gojo was determined to make it happen for her, even if she wanted to cosplay a male character with her proportions lol, but it was a lot of fun seeing the hilarity ensue due to that issue, as well as all the wholesome moments between Shinju and Gojo as well. Of course this also featured a lot of fanservice, they really went all out on Shinju’s booba lol, they even got the classic button popping scene which I 100% saw coming, but it didn’t make it less great. And the transformation at the end of the episode, that’s really insane, my reaction was similar to Sajuna and Marin’s lol, Gojo really did an amazing job, and love to see Shinju being happy. Hell of an episode this was in more ways than one lol. |
| Shinju should appear in Getsuyoubi no Tawawa series. Meh, another episode where the focus on fanservice was more important than the message it tried to convey. Pretty boring overall but at least I learned one or two things about what female cosplayers tend to do when they wanna cosplay as male characters. Off-topic: Wonder if Marin will ever realize Gojou uses her photos as fap material. |

| last week really was a outcry in comparison to this one wasnt bad but sheesh lol Gojo must have been come a god at tailoring or we got a big fast forward because what he ended up making 3 outfits without much issue besides a few things |

| That was a real letdown. Barely anything was animated and it was mostly just shot for shot still frames from the manga, except missing some scenes. I can only hope that this is a one off and that the show will return to its usual quality for the remaining episodes. |

| Pacing is definitely shit this episode. Poor production quality is noticeable too; lots of still frames, reused scenes from previous episodes, characters speaking in background while camera is showing environment still images. The worst episode so far, by a huge margin. |

| Episode was all right. Nice to see Gojo building up the harem. I'm not too fond of dandere types like the tall sister though. Good fanservice at regular intervals here. Kimurah said: For me, this was probably the most boring episode of the series so far. Incredibly slow and so dragged out just to tell Shinju's side of doing her male cosplay. I like her as a side character, but having so much exposure of such a one tone support character was just mind numbing. Yeah, it was the most boring episode so far. |

| What an adorable episode. Loved seeing Shinju and her love for cosplaying as well but like everyone, she had her fair share of troubles as well. But, she was able to overcome them with Gojo's help and she looks just like Souma-Oniichan. Another wholesome and cute episode. Tho, the pacing for this episode was quite fast. Can't get enough of it. :') |

I am active on Sakuga community in twitter, so far I only got positive feedback from production staff of dress up darling. yep this episode was reserved production wise,but let's not be pessimistic. Just because one episode didn't deliver quality , please don't assume same. what I know atleast that akebi and bisquedoll is the main focus of cloverworks. I don't want to be pessimistic either, don't worry It is indeed on Sono Bisque Doll that I had heard information. Thank you for confirming if this is not the case |
