Hell, I remember when if you were into anime it was pretty much assumed you were into hentai as well with hentai stuff "just being part of the culture", which seems to be less of a thing now. I mean like ten the 15 years ago it was so much of a thing that there were a lot of people outside of the culture that thought anime fans were just a bunch of pedos that try to lure kids into being ok with sex though hentai. | I think we can just all agree that people need to stop overusing jokes in general, and it really does seem like hentai jokes are the most unoriginal here. Unoriginal jokes can still be funny if you know when and how to use them, but let's be real, nobody in the anime community does. It's bad enough this community thinks being ironic about everything passes for humor. I know humor is subjective, but god damn is it hard to defend that shit. There's only so many "Cory in the House is the best anime" jokes you can make before people just stop giving a shit about your jokes. |
