| Am I the only one who thinks that the major moments in this episode were badly directed? Mayuri crying and confessing felt unnatural and weird, I can't imagine her saying such things in the first place, let alone while standing and crying for SO LONG. Disappointed, because such a major moment didn't have as much impact on me as I would've liked. The climax was...something. Soldiers appearing out of nowhere is nonsense. They couldn't have used the stairs, but "they just climbed the walls" option is nonsense too. Did you guys see those HUGE FENCES on the roof? I have a slight suspicion that these guys could've been seen by at least somebody, either Mayuri or Suzuha, or goddamn ordinary people down in the street. As for the "choreography"... I think it's not even necessary to comment on this. Steins;Gate 0 has some of the worst fighting scenes I've ever seen. Sad because White Fox had great choreography in other shows like Katanagatari (and even the original Steins;Gate). This whole situation shows just how much the creative team matters, and what disasters can happen when the sequel is handled by completely different people. I hate it because this bad direction strips me of enjoying the sequel to one of my favourite shows, it doesn't allow me to get emotional over scenes that I'm supposed to get emotional over :-[ The characters are just screaming at each other, time is slowed down for no reason whatsoever, and...sigh. The girl in the end is either Kagari or that colleague of Leskinen, I guess. |

I was ok with Suzuha doing the Rambo shenanigans in episode 13 of the OG Steins;Gate because she was fighting random untrained thugs who probably didn't knew how to use a gun in the first place, I found that bit weird too, but at least I can invent excuses for it and get over it but the things that happened in Steins;Gate 0 doesn't have excuses, it was simply bad writing. But I'm glad to know that even you consider episode 18 in Steins;Gate 0 to be retarded. |

Yeah that too, bad directing as well, including the bad writing because it had generic characters like Leskinen (who is the usual dumb and boring villain giving a sermon and explaining their motives) or Judy Reyes (who didn't add anything significant to the plot), or Samurai Ruka (because every anime needs to have samurais... right?) or Faris still wearing the cat ears in a fucked up future and to top it off, as the cherry on top it had really bad animation in the action scenes, the action scenes is not only mediocre, it's BAD... like it's in the bottom in the anime industry. |

The original had "inconsistencies" and "plotholes" like this too, and one of them is a major one. But I don't go into hate mode because of it, I try to explain them via headcanon until the authors don't give an official answer. Because I'm a true fan and don't have an illusion that the original was perfect and because this is not perfect this is just crap. This situation is similar to the state of the Star Wars fandom btw, although SW fandom is a truly toxic fandom, while SG fandom is not. |

Well dude, if someone has the right to praise an anime on a forum then they also have the right to criticize or even shit on an anime as well, I don't always shit on Steins;Gate 0, I praise the awesome episodes like episode 8 all the time but I also shit on crappy episodes like episode 18 as well. And I'm not forcing my opinions on others, my opinion is that it was a bad episode, that's it, if someone else likes the episode then good for them. I don't always do that to "newcomers", as far as I recall I only did it with 2 persons and I did it because they also criticized episode 17 to some extent, the thing I do all the time however is shit on bad episodes, it's a forum, get used to it bruh. |

| Mayurii decided to go back in time and to not stop Okabe from going to the Steins;Gate world line but before that they get attacked by ''DURPA'' probably (or Americian forces) MAYURII DIES AGAIN. Okabe will probably freak out and time leap back in time to save her.. Oh and Karagi is there too lol. Is she fine with seeing her mother die right infront of her or will she go crazy too. And what's with the D-mail from 2025? Daru from another world line was able to sent a D-mail to Suzuha.. |

| I liked Daru’s perspective when he was questioning why him 25 years from now would send Suzuha to this current time and it was for her to see this would and now that Myuri is probably dead I think Okabe will realize that he needs to start getting his priorities straight |
