| Nah Hiruzen is a good dude. He knows all the Jutsu in the Leaf, so I'm assuming he could have sealed the Nine-Tails as well if need be. He just didn't expect Orochimaru to have Edo-Tensei; and Hiruzen still almost beat him. |

| I was interested in the Jutsu Shikifujin he had, even though he was very worst but he was trying to protect Konoha from Orochimaru's attack and I appreciated that. |

If he was officially Hokage he would have his head sculpted on the Hokage rock monument. | I was also rewatching Naruto and noticed that 3rd hokage doesn't have enough character contribution but he still helped kid Naruto when he was orphaned. Other than that the anime doesn't mind the flaws so there is no answer to your home sending question. It's just like that the characters are stupid most of the time and story focuses on the mc. |

| Kakashi was a good hokage in terms of diplomacy but man, he is not on the level of a kage in terms of power, its actually laughable how weak he is compared to the others. The third was just meh i guess, he was just filling space when Minato died, he didn't wanted to be hokage again from what i've seen. |

| I can see why people would call him the worst Hokage. Most if not all of his decisions resulted in lives getting ruined. (Notable examples: Uchiha Massacre, Hizashi Hyuga's Sacrifice, Not Dealing with Orochimaru) Granted, these were hard decisions and no Hokage has supreme authority over the village. |

Also even though it was for a short time he was still technically the 6th Hokage. The only reason he didn't get his portrait in stone was because he didn't genuinely deserve or earn the position and he was a Douche bag responsible for genocide. As for Tobirama, he oppressed an entire race of people dude. He segregated them from the rest of the village and had Anbu doing surveillance. That sure feels like he did something to me. The Third Hokage did fuck up allowing Orochimaru run around the village during the Chuunin Exams however he did pay for it later with his life. Is that not enough? Compared to the other two he's still a vastly better Hokage.. |
