Because the system of a production committee allows for multiple income sources and their importance depends on how high ranked a company interested in a certain part of the brand is. In this case the company aiming for BD/DVD sales simply didn't rank as high so these low numbers do barely hurt and do not stop the committee from greenlighting another season. |

During slow weeks, it would be the opposite of course. |
