None. Some of them you might need specific knowledge to appreciate it or understand specific part of the plot/references, but high IQ is never a requirement.
Meanwhile, some of them requires you to NOT HAVE specific knowledge in order to enjoy it, or else the flaws becomes so obvious that you won't enjoy at all.
A specific example is LOGH. If you have any knowledge in astronomy, physics, military tactics, strategies, and so on, you will facepalm so many time during that story (because the author talks without studying what he's talking about first, which is something any proper author should do) that enjoying it will quickly become very difficult.

Also, you need a very high IQ to understand the intricacies of Eiken Club

Sorry I didn't read all the comments but:
  • Shinsekai Yori
  • Ergo Proxy
  • Ghost in the Shell movie 1 + innocence
  • Casshern Sins(but this isn't that well made)
  • Madoka + Movie 3(Hangyaku no Monogatary)
  • The dissapearance of Haruhi Suzumiya (yeah watch the prequel seasons before this please)
  • Serial experiments Lain
  • Haibane Renmei
  • Kyoukai no Kanata + sequel movie
  • Kara no Kyoukai (please watch it in release order)

Mostly these. I tried to put them in order like things in the top of the list require more brainpower but it becane kina messy by the time I remembered Yoshitoshi Abe.

No anime requires high IQ to be understood. It's either paying attention to details or having enough knowledge to understand what is trying to be portrayed. Lets say you are facing a diferential equation, not being abled to solve it makes you have less IQ? Most likely not. You might need some maths lessons or be pacient in order to solve it. Also IQ measuring is very relative.

Mars of Destruction. But apart from this masterpiece of modern art, I don't think IQ matters to understand anything about shows. Knowledge of some things and being mature enough maybe though.

Nah, is just that there are a lot of details in it and you have to pay a lot of attention to catch all of them in your first watch. But there is nothing about IQ stopping no one from understanding Steins;Gate, is just that it needs lots of attention.

It's more about being intented by depth of show, than IQ.

You want - you watch; You enjoy - you like.
You are watching show, not lecture on intelligence; IQ doesn't really matter here.

Monogatari Series

Sometimes, it's harder to understand when the dialogue gets deeper. I even slept to it due to its boringness and re-watch the whole thing again. But it's worth it.

FLCL

The first episode was okay, but I felt out of place after watching further episodes. I don't know what is the point of that anime. Lol lol...

Ah, so you lack the intelligence to comprehend it's glory? You do not wish to admit it is The Most Revolutionary Title in anime?? It's understandable why you may feel that way of course, but I highly recommend that you think more about it, think to the things I've pointed out.

As long as your IQ is like 85+ it's all about being educated on all the references.

Someone with a higher IQ might "get it" quicker but most can understand.

That statement is inherently contradictory as IQ isn't the only factor that contributes to understanding art forms. Ultimately an understanding of tropes, influences and the cast/production plays a lot more into understanding than IQ. Especially in a foreign medium that draws from a completely different yet rich culture. To brush off with an erroneous term is not only foolish but it reeks of trolling. Quite frankly this feels like a waste of my breath as I get the feeling you will either brush it off entirely or give a short non-response.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Monogatari Series. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Araragi's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Monogatari Series truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Araragi's existential running gag with Hachikuji's "I stutted" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Nisio Isin's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂
