Damn, this episode was bad. It felt so rushed, and the no nudity kind of ruined it.
I'm trying to take this seriously, but I'm not sure if I can anymore, I mean the story is still Berserk so it's watchable, but the delivery is just flat-out terrible, that it makes it hard to watch.
But at least Skull Knight made an appearance, and didn't look half bad.

Yes in third film I believe.
Wasnt shown in original anime though, skull knight neither.
Its important to understand what the demon baby is to get what is going to happen in the tower of conviction.

It was an okay episode for me. The pacing was too fast, i agree :D. I even reread some of the chapters to remember whats going on in the anime. I also noticed that some scenes are switched in the anime and some are missing ^^.

I just don't feel okay with this whole censorship :D. Why even bother to censor Berserk? xD I liked the old adaptation better ^^.

Btw is the Lost Children arc already adapted, because the anime starts right after it?

Urgh, I had forgotten just how much I hated Nina in the manga. The one good thing about the anime's pacing issues is that we won't have to put up with her for much longer at this rate. Speaking of pacing issues this episode was business as usual, speeding through so many scenes and dialogue. The saving graces were once again Luca and Serpico, along with the introduction of Skull Knight who's as badass as always.

Also I've had it with this series not explaining plot crucial info about things like the Demon Baby and Skull Knight, so if any newbies want to know more about it I'll post a cheat sheet in the spoiler tags. It'll just explain details that should already be common knowledge had everything been adapted in manga order and won't contain any spoilers for anything that hasn't happened past this point. Promise.

I never been exposed to Berserk outside of this adaptation and right now, I'm confused as hell. This and last episode just felt like too much information being thrown at us in a short period of time. I think I might just read the manga to get a better grasp of what's going on if it's going to be presented this way.

Horrendous episode. Animation, pacing, adaptation, everything. It's been like... what, 3 episodes since the conviction arc began and they're already up to this point? Oh Christ.
I can only imagine where episode 26 will be.

Anger can be powerful but can only get you so far. Let people into your life even if some of them leave you in time.
