Cowboy Bebop and Anohana were good but not as great as they were hyped up to be. I guess the episodic nature of Bebop didn't appeal to me. Also Flcl was pretty mediocre. It had a simple plot mixed in with too much crazy randomness. Why is that appreciated ? |

Cowboy Bebop. I dunno, it was just a bit... boring and lost interest part way. Didn't particularly dislike the series it just wasn't as interesting as others have made it too be every time I see someone praising it. Other notable mentions: Monsters and Ping Pong. |

About Cowboy Bebop: That is the one anime I did bring myself to like. I dont recall much of the story, only that every charakter was too cool for school. But I remember it being an experience. It left many impressions on me. It had alot of influences and paid alot of homages to iconic work of art and entertainment. Here´s a list for each episode. Its pretty cool stuff, so I wanted to like it, acquire a taste for it. |

Bakemonogatari. I dropped it because it was boring for me, but maybe I'll try to watch it again someday. |

Bakemonogatari, I love dialogues that's why I got into it but some theme's it tries to play are just.. not my kind of thing. Besides that, I think some of the characters aren't much to my likings either. |

Mushishi, way too boring and monotonous, novelty wore off after like 4 episodes. Literally any other supernatural/slice of life show is a million times better Shinsekai yori, simply felt pretty dry and boring in execution, overhyped by people who never saw basically any other anime that mixes different genres Noein for pretty much the same reason than SSY. Cool premise and world but mediocre characters and execution Soul Eater, it's pretty well made and I like the director but every single character is an annoying representation of shounen tropes so couldn't get past the opening episodes Fate series, amazing premise but bad everything else, how did they turn the idea of a battle royal between heroes of mythology into a freaking porn game with random made up magic rules with no relation to the legends where these characters come from. Like why even use king arthur/the holy grail's names when that stuff has clearly no relation to it. Even if like tite kubo made it and it turned into a battle of powerlevels and not even my final form it would be more engaging than what we got |

Shigatsu has its moments but overall I really couldn't get much enjoyment from it, primarily from its comedy, which feels extremely out of place and mean-spirited. Couldn't really get to like any of the characters much, not even Arima despite the fact that he was butt of practically everything dramatic/comedic. He just felt boring, meaning any sympathy he could've brought to the table was sort of lost to say the least. (Also fuck Kaori) |

One Punch Man, it's cool, really. But I honestly find the episodes slow. You know that saying that if you're bored time is slow to you and if you're having fun it's much quicker? Yeah, that's how I feel about OPM. |

Devil is a part timer. Comedy didn't work for me and although some parts are awesome and funny, overall I just didn't enjoy it enough to give it an 8+ which is my recommended level. I'd also say no game no life but I need to rewatch it and re-evaluate my score. |

Clannad and AS. Both were so boring with a boring cast of characters save 3, and I didn't give a damn about most of them, neither did I get dem feelz like everyone else apperantly did. That and Shigatsu for the same reasons. |

Ergo Proxy. I thought I will like it (I heard it has great atmosphere and soundtrack, it's full of interesting symbolism and phylosophy), but after 9 episodes I realised that I haven't any desire to continue watching this series. I find Ergo Proxy quite pretentious, boring, with unlikable characters. Soundtrack is remarkable, though. |

I have noticed I have disliked the seasonal favorite since 2011. I usually find I am happier not following the trends... and just going with the flow. I am not a teen, I dont need to watch anime like one. Also noticed that my faves of the season always become favorites about a year later when others stop liking the seasonal favorite. |

Tokyo Ghoul, I mean fck Kaneki+horrendous animation and censored edgy scenes Also hate fujobait sports animes like Free,Haikyuu and Kuroko no Basuke, preferred to watch real sports since its more enjoying than watching the games mixed with power of friendship bullcrap or annoying superpowers. |

I couldn't bring myself to watch more than the first episode of Bakemonogatari, and just getting through it to the end was pure suffering. I'd really like to understand how others find it so amazing because it was merely painful to me. Its style and execution is greatly unappealing to me, to be honest. Beyond that, I tend to just like but not love mainstream anime like Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist: I mean, they don't suck, but I just don't find them as enjoyable as other anime. |

What a crazy coincidence but it was Monster for me too and I also stopped at episode 17. I thought it had a great start but after 10 episode, the series was falling apart. Monster was dragging it's own feet by ep 17 so I can't imagine how it lasted for the next 53 episodes. I currently have it on hold because I REALLY WANT TO WRITE A REVIEW CRITICIZING IT when I magically continue it. |

Cowboy Bebop - I saw this on Animax, so I seen some episodes out of order... but anyway, what I saw is far from impressive... story wise - the music was decent and art is top tier for that era. Ginatama - I saw just 12 episodes... I heard that it gets better after like 30, but is quite damn hard to reach that number when the first 30 are... well, you know... kind of boring. But that episode where they steped on mines was really good. I will probably get back to it, someday, but at this point its been on hold for months and all those seasonal anime keeps me busy. Let me make clear, those are not anime I hate, is just that I didn't particulary liked them. |

I wrote a review................. Now, the "satelite" thing, yeah, that's true. You can't take logic that far when criticizing anime, but you're right. Okabe's time machine is ridiculous. True, but that isn't a plot hole. Kurisu explains very well the reason for the gel banana and the television. Red about the black hole theory if you want to know more. Most of the leaps are to a point where the time travel machine is already created. In the ones that it isn't, Kurisu makes it again. Okabe even tells her that she will. Luka's issue. They say it's not scientifically proven, but it's possible. And it happened. It's part of the story, not a plothole. The lottery D-Mail didn't cause grand scale consequences, thus it isn't necessary to cancel it The IBN-5100 decrypts SERN's database and then they erase the D-Mail from said database. The first D-Mail saved Kurisu thing. That changes the world line to Alpha world line, where Suzuha's time machine crashes in top of the building, thus Kurisu doesn't go to the conference and isn't killed. In the story, there are very few IBN 5100 left. They noticed one in Akihabara, and thus are looking for it. They have vague memories of other timelines. Okabe knows things from other timelines, thus his interactions with others make them vaguely remember. It's not fully explained, but I wouldn't call that a plot hole. The D-Mail to save Mayuri thing. The only way to go back to the Beta attractor field is to cancel Kurisu's D-Mail. Okabe can't do anything besides that. They're SERN's agents that came to take the IBN 5100. What's the problem? We don't know if the time machine remains. He's wounded. What's wrong with that? And the Okabe who sees Kurisu does take his place, but in the Beta attractor field, not in the Steins Gate. So, there's only one plot hole. But police force logic doesn't apply to many anime. Still, that's just one plot hole. Not "numerous". |

@Simpleman754 what? think you're confusing animation and art style. The art style of S;G is hmkay (and art style is an extremely subjective point), but the animation is quite minimalistic from what I remember. |

And yes, everyone else is shit.... The comedy stuff is extremely subjective so I won't argue against that either. But still not a 4... :/To describe it short: It has got two genre swaps from sci fi to comedy (in which I don't find funny at all) and from comedy to sci fi, which messed up the pacing. The characters besides the protagonist and the red hair tsundere are really empty. They exist there just for the sake for example of tuturu. There is nothing about them besides that and also stays undeveloped. The way of saving everyone is partially done by dating someone, which is unfitting to the seriousness. |
