| Really hurt watching Rem die like that. Wouldn't be surprised if Subaru is the antagonist by the end of this series. For the sake of his justice. Since they started using sloth and pride, I'm guessing the seven deadly sins are gonna be a thing in this series. |

Makes you take your time to cool your mind and heart :) One question to people who have experience with Re:Zero LN/Manga; Do you think they will be able to fit the majority of the main story in the next 10 episodes? (Until ep. 25). I'm not being skeptical but more afraid if I will end up missing some of the story because I am way too excited for this! Nope. The anime will finished up to Arc 3 and end there for now. The story is still ongoing with the current plotline up to Arc 6. |
Perhaps the witch chose 7 people to act in her place to make sure events fall in line with what she wants to happen? No clue really. I'm not sure how Subaru will prevent these things from happening. Perhaps name dropping Betelgeuse will get him home before the attack. But he's going to need all the knights help, and they are not too keen on helping him right now. |
| Holy shit. What an insane episode. The ending moments before the credits (and including) were pretty dramatic and felt as if they were from a movie. Can't wait for the next episode. |
| And for all the people who are looking forward to a second season: The LN just goes until arc 3, so we would have to wait another 2 or 3 years until they have enough to adapt. |

| I was so closed to dropping this show, because of Subaru's annoying "Victory!" and Emilia's Mary Sue-ness, but now I'm glad I stayed. Looks like I'm finally starting to enjoy the series. The Witch's Cult is serious business! |

| Hell I just finished watching this. Read around for comments and such. Particularly about some censoring and how the mutilation was so much more worse in the LN. Unfortuantely I cant process a proper response to all that. I'm still a bit in awe at the moment. Because that was one hell of an episode to process. Especially after an all-night study cram session. Oh god, I need some mindless moe loli shit to level my sanity. |

| Easily the best episode thus far. White Fox did an INCREDIBLE job on the production of this episode. Everything was on point, action scenes was beautifully violent, the soundtrack was amazing and the brutal death of Rem sent shivers down my spine. That final end credits scene convinced me that even though Subaru's "Return by Death" ability is very useful, the trauma is far too much for his mental health and he broke down again for the 2nd time. Kudos to Betelgeuse's VA, he truly sounded like a madman and a convincing antagonist. Before he even killed Rem, he made me despise him so much and that brutal scene was just the cherry on top. Can't wait for Subaru and company get revenge on this psychopath. Also special mention to Rem and Subaru VA. Rem's VA is under rated and has shown wide range of voice acting was second to none. From soft spoken and well mannered girl to an enraged demon to a dying girl in love. It made that final scene that much more amazing and definitely added to the quality of the show. As for Subaru's VA...He played a damn good zombie. Can not wait for next week. White Fox's production of the show and Re:Zero's story is far too good to be ignored. Everything about this was great. |

This episode killed every last bit of my heart! So much suffering for Subaru! I thought the beginning was bad, but oh was I wrong, it just kept getting worse! Subaru lost his sanity and that hurt me so much, he couldn't even talk or properly cry. I haven't cried so much in like, 3 months or so, but the part where Rem started to move and Subaru called out for her, I thought she was dead, yet she went to help him and tell him that she loves him...! At least in the end Subaru finally got back on his knees and the look in his eyes...Badass Subaru incoming!  |

| This episode blew me away, it was stunning. I think Re:Zero is going to be my new top favourite anime. I loved the ending. The snow kept falling and as it reached the end of the episode, his body and head were almost completely covered. Though I really wonder how Subaru is going to go about saving the characters this time around. I don't think he will take the same approach as last time, which was to die and learn from his mistakes. I also don't think he really has enough time from where is new "respawn point" is to when all the action happens. I think it can only get better from here. Just have to wait and see. I'm considering buying the BD and light novel. |
