| The whole ecosystem of that world seems to be different. As Fuyu mentions somthing along the lines of "non-organic" or "non-biological", I'm guessing it may be... silicon? You know how life on Earth is built upon carbon, but there are also scientific theories about possible silicon-based life somewhere in the universe. And after all, the whole thing about silicon life isn't something new for Nihei)) (~Blame!) Everything is new and different, you might be right that there is silicon life, the symbol on that guy's forehead resembles the one the safeguards in BLAME! had on their forhead. Those two civilians remind me of the people Killy and Cibo saved inside Toha Heavy Inudustries. |
