Will we really see the Zheng's mother and Lu Buwei spend the night together? I thought they would skip over it as Kou gave the important details for Zheng's faction to take the aggressive stance. |

| I can't believe how much they made us wait, shout and scream for this, but we finally have our first battlefield. Thank God Xiang was able to deliver the message to Zheng, let's hope they can plan something out from there. Xin bumps into the inexperience wall, he's never raided a castle before and they've already fallen into the enemy's trap. Next week gon be guu. |

| Xiang is the hero of this episode by managing to deliver the message. Let's hope she's not gonna die. Zheng found a waifu material there. She's very loyal to him. I guess nearly dying to give him a message that can save his life should put her high in the list of becoming his Queen. PhantomBlade said: Aaaargh, another week, must resist reading manga lol. I couldn't tell if she simply went to sleep overpowerd by the medicinal bath or if she died knowing she had helped Zheng. Either way, there is just enough ambiguity for me to keep wondering until the next episode. :) |

| Not sure what I'm enjoying more at the moment. The political intrigue and shenanigans with Zheng or the castle siege with Xin and everyone else. It's doing a good job of making both sides entertaining! |

| How is Xin going to get past that huge wall? They have archers and hot water. I dunno what I want to see more the politics or the battles. Both are so damn interesting. |
| Surprisingly Kocha could deliver her message to the King, that was nice. But at the last scene howcome Shin didn't get suspicious even a little bit, it looks like Shin still has a long way to go. P.S. I won't be deceived by these Shin x Kyoukai moments, I still ship him with Ten. :) |

| Seems like that is the end of Lu Buwei and Queen Dowager I mean.. isn't there's like siege weapon in that age? Bringing only ladders for sieging castle is a bit stupid :P |

| the transition between political world to the war world was great. seems to me zheng going to do in the anime what he also did in rl history, can't wait for that. and yup, shin gonna have to wreck his mind to get out safe from there. |
| Finally we're back to Xin, Zheng's adventure in the palace is fucking stressing me out. Props to him though for keeping a cool head after what he found out. |
